MORS Software Participates in ALMA’s 31st Annual Conference

MORS Software is excited to announce its participation in the upcoming ALMA’s 31st Annual Conference, scheduled to take place at the De Vere Beaumont Estate, Burfield Road, Old Windsor, Berkshire, SL4 2JJ on Thursday, January 25th, and Friday, January 26th, 2024.

ALMA’s flagship event will focus on the critical areas of Liquidity, Funding, Capital, and IRRBB (Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book). This conference promises engaging discussions, insightful sessions, and unparalleled networking opportunities for industry professionals.

Delegates will have the opportunity to attend two discussion sessions on Thursday afternoon covering topics such as “What do treasurers need to understand about hidden leverage within market-based finance” and “The Future of AI in Treasury.” On Friday, the agenda includes a deep dive into the UK Economic Outlook, discussions on capital and risk management challenges, business models, liquidity changes, and regulatory developments in light of recent bank failures.

The conference will conclude with reflections on the financial sector’s commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards, followed by a discussion on whether IRRBB Management and Modelling require a re-think.

MORS Software is eager to contribute to these conversations and engage with industry leaders. We look forward to the exceptional insights and networking opportunities that ALMA’s conference is renowned for.
