The Board of Directors of MORS Software appoints Iina Mustakallio, D.Sc. (Econ.), MA, as CEO of MORS Software with immediate effect. MORS Software, headquartered in Helsinki, Finland, is a globally recognised provider of award-winning Treasury, ALM, and Risk Management solutions. As CEO of MORS Software, Iina’s main target is to continue to grow and scale the company with its current and new customers, and to ensure continued high customer satisfaction level for provided services and successful implementations.
Iina has a long working history at MORS, and she has worked in cooperation with its previous CEOs, first as Head of Operations and Finance, and in recent years as CFO and deputy CEO. She has an extensive experience and knowledge of the company’s business, operations and finances. Earlier this year, she completed her PhD degree at UEF Business School in Innovation Management.
During the years MORS Software has gone through major strategic transitions, evolving from a project-based business focusing heavily on Treasury Management in the Nordic region, to a globally recognisable brand in the software solutions space for Treasury, ALM, and Risk Management for banks. Today MORS Software offers subscription-license-based software and has adopted the market shift to Cloud and SaaS solutions by delivering MORS as a SaaS, hosted in Microsoft’s Azure cloud. Also internally, the company has transitioned from a flat one team model to a clearly defined organisational structure with dedicated roles and responsibilities in commercial operations, professional services and software development. Iina has been closely engaged in these evolutions, which have been targeted to ensure an excellent customer experience, as well as growth and scalability to the company.
As MORS continues its journey, the Board welcomes Iina to take the helm of the company to guide MORS to the next level on its strong growth path.
