At MORS, we’re not interested in shiny certificates for the sake of it. We want to know that our people genuinely feel good about showing up to work every day, and that our culture lives up to what we say it is. So once again, we put our culture to the test. For the third year in a row, we earned Great Place to Work® certification.
From fairness and safety to team spirit and a true sense of community, here are a few highlights that show what our people value most.
100% Commitment Where It Matters
When it comes to fairness and safety, we’re proud of our people’s verdict:
100% feel people here are treated fairly regardless of their race, gender, sexual orientation or age.
These results mean a lot especially in a team like ours, where people come from different backgrounds, cultures, and walks of life. They show that our values – Sisu, resilience, fairness, and doing what’s right aren’t just words on a slide. They’re alive in our day-to-day actions, our decisions, and the way we look after each other.
Strong Team Spirit
One thing that stood out clearly in this year’s results is how much people value the team spirit, sense of community, and familiar atmosphere at MORS. These aren’t things you can fake – they grow when people trust each other and look out for one another.
We see this every day: colleagues helping each other, teams celebrating wins big and small, and a genuine friendliness that makes it easy to knock on someone’s door (or ping them on Teams) – no matter their title. This sense of belonging is something we want to protect and nurture as we grow. It’s at the heart of what makes MORS, well, MORS.
Continuous Improvement is the Goal
We know that the work of building a strong culture is never completed – and that’s exactly the point. We recognise there are some areas where we can improve, and we’re glad our people trust us enough to tell us so. Whether it’s about communication, workload balance, or how we help new team members settle in, we take this feedback seriously.
Culture isn’t static. It evolves as our company grows, new people join, and fresh challenges come our way. These results remind us to keep our ears open, to act on what we hear, and to keep asking ourselves: What can we do – big or small – to make MORS an even better place to work?
Because that’s what Sisu means: we keep showing up, we keep doing the work, and we keep pushing ourselves forward – together.
Thank You, MORS Team
To everyone who took the time to share their thoughts – thank you. You make MORS what it is: a place where people from different backgrounds, experiences and ideas can thrive.
We’re proud of what we’ve built together so far, and we’re committed to making MORS an even better place to work in the years to come.
