MORS Software delivers risk management software to local banks in Finland and to the international banking market.
We are now looking for a hands-on, reliable marketing person to cover our Marketing Manager during her parental leave. We’re open to freelancers, students, or career changers—what matters most is your ability to get things done. We can shape the role to suit the right person.
The ideal start would be in May/June 2025, with a flexible part-time or full-time workload through the end of the year (possibly into January 2026).
No need to know anything about banking software—we’ll guide you through the essentials.
You will be working on hands-on marketing activities and work closely with our sales team including the following tasks:
- Content creation – blogs, emails, landing pages, presentations, etc.
- HubSpot – newsletters, email campaigns, contact lists, workflows.
- Website updates – keeping content fresh in WordPress (no coding needed).
- LinkedIn – planning and scheduling posts, coordinating paid campaigns.
- Google Ads
- Event support – helping prep and promote online and in-person events.
- Campaigns – especially around IRRBB, ALM, and TMS topics (don’t worry, we’ll explain).
- Internal reporting – tracking performance of marketing activities.
You’ll get a full handover and structured task list, so you’re set up for success from day one. You’ll also work side-by-side with our current Marketing Manager during the first weeks, so you have all the support you need to settle in. We can tailor the scope of tasks based on your skill set and the time you’re available to commit—whether part-time or full-time.
✅ What we’re looking for:
- Strong verbal & written English Skills
- Basic B2B marketing skills and curiosity to learn
- Experience working with Hubspot and WordPress is a plus
- Previous experience from a SaaS software business is a plus
- Pragmatic, no-fuss attitude
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Team player
